Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

TeachPen provides a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, no questions asked. This applies equally to the lifetime license and the first payment of the annual subscription. Refunds are issued in the currency and amount actually paid, including any discounts.

2. Refund Processing

Payments are handled by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, so refunds are also processed through Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. You can request a refund by contacting hello@teachpen.com or by using the refund link in your Paddle receipt.

3. Local Statutory Rights

Consumer cancellation rights in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and other regions, commonly 14 days, apply alongside this policy. If applicable law gives you more favorable rights, we will follow that law.

4. Subscription Renewals

Renewal payments for annual subscriptions are not refundable. You may cancel before the next renewal at any time. After cancellation, Pro remains available until the end of the paid period, then the app returns to Basic.

5. Free Trial

TeachPen's Basic features are free forever, so you can try the product before purchasing Pro.
